Traci Riebel

Executive Director

Traci Riebel joined the Blue Ridge HealthCare Foundation team in October of 2018 as the Executive Director. She previously served as the Director of Volunteer Services at UNC Health Blue Ridge. Prior to joining UNC Health Blue Ridge, Traci worked for 20 years in banking spending a number of those years in Learning & Development and project management. Traci is a native of Morganton and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Being a part of this community for over 40 years coupled with a keen interest in promoting and maintaining excellent health, Traci is passionate about the health needs of members in our communities. She desires for community members to have the ability to access excellent health care and to have the necessities to live a healthy life. She also wants to ensure that the avenues to serve the healthcare needs in Burke and surrounding counties continue to grow. This passion led her to health care philanthropic work. She understands that every person at some point in his or her life will have some type of health-related need, and she wants to be a part of ensuring that the resources to assist are available and meaningful to each person.
