Supporting Efforts to Fight Cancer

Coping with cancer is one of life’s greatest challenges. The UNC Health Blue Ridge Cancer Center is committed to meeting the needs of its patients during this difficult time and ensuring the care provided is exemplary.

The Cancer Care Fund provides support for the UNC Health Blue Ridge Cancer Center to assist with enhancing care and to ensure that patients who need assistance with their treatments or personal care items are met. In addition, the fund assists in providing community outreach programs. All monies stay local.

Donations to the Cancer Care Fund support:

• Assistance with pharmacy and medication expenses
• Transportation assistance
• Personal care items such as breast cancer camisoles, hats, & turbans
• Nutritional consults
• Community Outreach Programs
• Survivor and Caregiver Programs
• Other necessary items related to care
